Alyson Falk
Family Law Attorney

"Overall, we at Falk Family Law care deeply about our clients. We strive to provide an experience where you can feel empowered and in control of your own fate, with us as your guides to help you navigate through this." -Alyson Falk
"As a "child of divorce" and unique family dynamics, I personally understand the challenges and impacts that the legal process can have on families. I know that when a family comes to me for help, they are in a very serious, complicated, and emotional phase of their lives. I also know the way their legal needs are handled will impact their families long after the legal process is complete.

It is a personal duty of mine to walk my clients through the legal process with integrity and dignity. From our initial consult, I am devoted to making you feel protected, guided, and fully informed. When you work with Falk Family Law, there won't be any surprises. We want you to know there will be a beginning, middle, and end to your litigation experience, and that we will make sure you are fully equipped with all the information and resources necessary to thrive beyond our time with you.
From our initial meeting, we strive to get it right with integrity, transparency, precision, and care for you and your families. We see the legal process as a specific art that requires us to be prepared, diligent, and extremely detail oriented.
